By downloading and using UDF Mobil, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use
the app.
2. The service
UDF Mobil is a tool that lets you open, edit, convert and share UDF, PDF, Word, TIFF and image files
on your device. All processing takes place on the device.
3. Not legal advice
The Deadline Calculator (Süre Hesaplayıcı) and similar features in the app are for information only and
do not constitute legal advice. Always verify calculated deadlines against the applicable
legislation and the case file. The developer cannot be held liable for the consequences of decisions made
in reliance on the app, including missed deadlines.
4. No affiliation with UYAP
This app is not developed, endorsed or approved by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Türkiye
or by UYAP. "UYAP" and "UDF" belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the
file format.
5. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the necessary authority over the documents you process.
Backing up your documents is your responsibility. Keep your original files in case data is lost during conversion or editing.
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes.
6. Premium subscription
Payment is charged to your App Store account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store › Account › Subscriptions.
When a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy; the developer cannot issue refunds directly.
7. Ads
The free version contains ads. No ads are shown to Premium members. If you choose, some Premium features
can be unlocked once by watching a short rewarded ad.
8. Intellectual property
The app itself and its content belong to the developer. Your documents belong to you; no rights are
claimed over them.
9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for
indirect damages; total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of
Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. Your rights under consumer protection law are reserved.
