Privacy Policy

Summary: The documents you open, edit and convert stay on your device. Document contents, file names and any personal data inside your documents are never sent to our servers or to third parties. The data we collect consists of statistics about how the app is used, performance measurements, crash reports and advertising data (details: section 3). You can turn off statistics, performance and crash data in Settings.

2. Your documents

UDF, PDF, Word, TIFF and image files are processed only on your device.
Conversion, editing, OCR and KVKK redaction run entirely on the device and do not need an internet connection.
Your documents are sent to another app (email, WhatsApp, AirDrop, Files) only when you tap the share button and choose that app.
Document contents, file names and data inside documents such as Turkish ID numbers, IBANs or phone numbers are never sent to analytics systems.

The app does not ask you to create an account; it does not collect your name, email address or phone number and never asks for your device's location permission (GPS).

4. Advertising and App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

The free version of the app shows Google AdMob ads. On iOS, your permission is requested before ads can be personalized. If you decline, the app keeps working fully; only general (non-personalized) ads are shown. In the European Union and similar regions, Google's consent form is shown as well. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Reklam Tercihleri (Ad Preferences). No ads are shown to Premium members.

5. Legal basis and your rights

Under KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698) and the GDPR, analytics, performance, crash report and personalized advertising data are processed on the basis of your explicit consent and can be turned off within the app. Purchase data is processed to perform the contract.

Under Article 11 of KVKK and the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, to request its correction or deletion, to object to its processing and to data portability. You can send your requests to [email protected]. Deleting the app removes all documents and settings stored on your device.

6. Data retention

Your documents and app settings are stored only on your device until you delete them. Files moved to the trash are permanently deleted after 30 days. Analytics and crash data are subject to Google's retention policies (default 14 months).

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
