Summary: Monti is a game app designed for children aged 2–7. No account is created; the app never asks a child for a name, photo, voice recording, location or contact details. Game progress stays on the device. To improve the app, usage statistics, crash and performance reports that contain no personal information are sent to Google Firebase; a parent can turn them off in Settings › Usage Statistics. There are no ads, no in-app purchases and no external links.

2. Stored only on the device

The selected age group, level progress, stars and garden stickers.
Settings: sound, spoken prompts, language, daily time limit, notification and statistics choices; today's play time.

None of this is sent to our servers. Settings › Reset Progress clears progress; deleting the app removes all of it.

This data is linked to a randomly generated app/installation identifier; names, email addresses, phone numbers and advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) are not collected. Ad personalisation signals and Google Signals are disabled. The data is not used for any other purpose, is not sold and is not shared.

4. Spoken prompts and permissions

Prompts are spoken by the device's built-in speech synthesis, offline. The app does not access the microphone, camera, photos, contacts or location, and records no audio.

5. Children's privacy (COPPA, GDPR, KVKK)

Monti is directed to children and does not collect personal information from children as defined by the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Persistent identifiers are processed only to support the internal operations of the app (fixing errors, measuring performance and usage); there is no behavioural advertising, no profiling and no third-party ad network.
Settings, notification and statistics choices sit behind a task children can't solve (parental gate).
The app never sends children to external websites, purchases or social networks.

6. Legal basis and your rights

Usage statistics, crash and performance data rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the app secure and improving it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5/2-f) and can be switched off by a parent at any time. Notifications rely on consent.

Under GDPR and KVKK Art. 11 you may request access, correction or deletion, object to processing and ask for portability. Send requests to destek@md9.net. Because the data is stored under a random identifier rather than a name, deleting and reinstalling the app resets that identifier.

7. International transfers

Firebase data may be processed by Google LLC on servers outside your country, including the United States. Google applies standard contractual clauses to these transfers.

8. Retention

Data on the device: until you delete it or remove the app.
Usage events: at most 14 months, according to the Google Analytics retention setting.
Crash reports: 90 days in Crashlytics.
