Life in the UK Test 2027 · Effective date: 8 October 2026
Independent study aid. This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Home Office, the UK government or The Stationery
Office. Using the app does not book, replace or guarantee a pass in the official Life in the UK test. Always check the current rules on
GOV.UK.
1. Agreement
These terms apply to the Life in the UK Test 2027 app and this website, published by Emir KIZILIRMAK (md9.net). By using the app you agree to them and to Apple's
Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which also
applies. If there is a conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.
2. The content
Questions, explanations and study notes are written by us to help you learn the facts in the official handbook Life in the United Kingdom:
A Guide for New Residents (3rd edition). They are not the official test questions.
We work hard to keep the content accurate and up to date, and where facts have changed since the handbook was written we say so. But we cannot
guarantee it is free of errors. The official handbook is the authority for the test.
If you think an answer is wrong, please tell us at destek@md9.net.
The app's content and design are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own study, but you may not copy, republish or sell them.
3. Free use, ads and Pro
The app is free to download and use. The free version shows ads and includes a daily allowance of mock tests; practice and review are unlimited.
Pro is a one-time in-app purchase. It removes ads and unlocks unlimited mock tests on devices using the same Apple ID
(use Restore purchase on a new device). It is not a subscription and is not renewed.
Payments, refunds and family sharing are handled by Apple under its terms. To ask for a refund, use
reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
4. Acceptable use
Do not try to reverse engineer, scrape or overload the app or our servers, or use them for anything unlawful.
5. Availability and changes
We may update the app and its questions, for example when the official handbook changes. We may change or stop parts of the service, but if we ever
withdraw the app, features you paid for will keep working on your device for as long as it can run the app.
6. Liability
The app is provided "as is" as a study aid. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the outcome of your test,
application or immigration decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury
caused by negligence or for fraud.
7. Privacy
How the app handles data is explained in the privacy policy.
8. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory
consumer laws where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts. Contact: destek@md9.net
