By downloading or using Kambiyo you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app. Kambiyo is developed by md9.net. When you get the app from the App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply; for the App Store, this is Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Kambiyo is an information app that lets you follow exchange rates, gold and precious metal prices, the BIST 100 index and cryptocurrency prices, view price history in charts, convert amounts, set price alerts and estimate the value of your holdings. No buying or selling takes place in the app. Kambiyo is not the app of any bank, brokerage, jeweler or crypto exchange, and it does not hold money or assets.
Rates come from third-party public data providers through our own server, the Kambiyo API (on Cloudflare). Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and the last known values may be shown when sources are unavailable. Prices shown are for reference only. Buy and sell prices at banks, exchange offices and jewelers differ; before you trade, confirm the price with the institution you will trade with.
The calculators rely only on the information you enter and the rates shown. The gold jewelry calculator works from karat and grams and does not include items such as workmanship or the dealer's buy/sell spread. The What If (Keşke Alsaydım) result is a hypothetical calculation based on historical data; past price movements are not an indication of future results. The total value and profit/loss shown in My Assets are estimates, not an account statement.
Price alerts and the weekday morning summary depend on your internet connection, your device's notification and battery saver settings, and Apple's and Google's notification services. Notifications may be delayed or may not arrive at all; do not rely on notifications alone for time-sensitive decisions. The number of alerts and holdings is limited in the free version; Kambiyo Pro removes this limit.
The free version contains Google AdMob ads: banner, native, interstitial, app-open and rewarded ads. With the optional Ad-free Break (Reklamsız Mola), no ads are shown for 1 hour after you watch one rewarded ad. No ads are shown with Kambiyo Pro. How ad-related data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Kambiyo Pro is an in-app purchase. It removes all ads and gives you unlimited alerts and holdings. There are three options:
Current prices are shown in the store and on the in-app purchase screen before you buy. Purchases are managed with RevenueCat.
Because there are no accounts, your holdings, favorites and settings are stored only on your device and are not backed up on our servers. Deleting the app, switching devices or using Delete my data can cause this information to be lost. Keeping a separate record of anything important is your responsibility.
The app's design, code and text belong to md9.net. Rights in the market data belong to the respective data providers. Borsa İstanbul, BIST and other brand names used in the app belong to their owners and are used only to identify the relevant product; Kambiyo is not affiliated with these organizations.
The app and the data are provided "as is"; they are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for losses arising from delayed, incomplete or inaccurate data, notifications that do not arrive, or your buy and sell decisions. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months.
These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page and significant changes are announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. Your statutory rights as a consumer (including applying to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts) are reserved.
