Ads and Kambiyo Pro
Kambiyo is free to download and shows Google AdMob ads: banner, native, interstitial, app-open and rewarded ads. If you want a short break, use the Ad-free Break (Reklamsız Mola): watch one rewarded ad and see no ads for 1 hour.
Kambiyo Pro is an in-app purchase. It removes all ads and gives you unlimited alerts and holdings.

Privacy
No account or sign-up. Your holdings, favorites and settings stay on your device. If you turn on price alerts or the morning summary, your device's notification token and alert conditions are stored on our server so that notifications can be sent; Settings › Delete my data removes all of it. The app uses Google Firebase for usage statistics and crash reports, Google AdMob for ads and RevenueCat for purchases. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the data come from, and how often is it updated?
Rates come from third-party public data providers through our own server, the Kambiyo API (on Cloudflare). While the app is open, prices refresh automatically about every minute. Data may be delayed or inaccurate, and buy and sell prices at banks, exchange offices and jewelers differ. Without an internet connection, the last known rates are shown.
I'm not receiving alert notifications. What should I do?
First check the notification permission: on iPhone in Settings › Notifications › Kambiyo, on Android in Settings › Apps › Kambiyo › Notifications. Make sure the notification switch in Kambiyo is on and that the alert's direction (goes above or goes below) and level are correct. Focus or Do Not Disturb modes and Android battery saver settings can delay or hide notifications. If the problem continues, email destek@md9.net with your device model, OS version and the alert details.
How do I restore Pro?
In Kambiyo, tap Settings › Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account, so you only need to be signed in with the account you used to buy. Because the app has no accounts of its own, the same step works on a new device or after reinstalling.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed in your store account. On iPhone, go to Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Kambiyo Pro; on Android, go to Google Play › profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to stop renewal; Pro stays active until the period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and needs no cancellation.
How do I delete my data?
Settings › Delete my data deletes your alerts and device record on our server and resets the holdings, favorites and settings on your device. You can turn off usage statistics with the Settings › Usage statistics switch. Deleting the app removes only the data on your device; to delete the server record right away, use Delete my data first. No. Prices, charts, calculations and notifications in Kambiyo are for information only and are not investment advice. Under Turkey's Capital Markets Law No. 6362 and the regulations of the Capital Markets Board (SPK), investment advice is provided only by authorized institutions under an investment advisory agreement. Before you buy or sell, confirm the price with the bank, exchange office or jeweler you will trade with.
