Terms of Use

Fuel Prices UK: Cheap Petrol · Effective date: 8 October 2026

Check the price at the pump. Prices are reported by retailers to the UK Government's Fuel Finder scheme and are not checked by us or the CMA. This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the UK Government or the Competition and Markets Authority.

1. Agreement

These terms apply to the Fuel Prices UK: Cheap Petrol app and this website, published by Emir KIZILIRMAK (md9.net). By using the app you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (or Google Play's terms on Android), which also apply. If there is a conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.

2. Prices and station information

3. Price alerts

Alerts are a convenience. We check prices every 30 minutes and send a notification through Apple or Google; delivery depends on retailers reporting prices, your notification settings and those services. We cannot guarantee that every alert arrives or arrives on time.

4. Free use, ads and Pro

5. Acceptable use

Do not try to reverse engineer, scrape or overload the app or our servers, republish the data from them as your own service, or use them for anything unlawful.

6. Availability and changes

The app depends on the Fuel Finder scheme and other services we do not control. We may change or stop parts of the service, for example if the data source changes. If we ever withdraw the app, Pro will keep removing ads on your device for as long as it can run the app.

7. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate prices or station details, missed alerts, or journeys made using the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

8. Privacy

How the app handles data is explained in the privacy policy.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts. Contact: destek@md9.net
