Montessori Daily · Effective date: October 11, 2026
An adult must always supervise. Every activity in Montessori Daily is meant to be done with an adult present. Some involve small
objects, water, food, cooking, scissors, needles or tools. Read the safety notes, adapt each activity to your child and your home, and stop if something
does not feel safe.
1. Agreement
These terms apply to the Montessori Daily app and this website, published by Emir KIZILIRMAK (md9.net). By using the app you agree to them. On iPhone,
Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement
also applies; on Android, the Google Play Terms of Service apply. If there is a conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.
2. What the app is, and what it is not
The app offers educational activity suggestions for parents, inspired by the Montessori approach.
It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic or developmental advice, and it does not assess or diagnose your child. Children
develop at their own pace; the age groups are only a guide.
If you have concerns about your child’s health, development or behavior, talk to your pediatrician or another qualified professional.
Montessori Daily is an independent app. It is not affiliated with or certified by any Montessori organization, and it is not a Montessori school
program or teacher training.
3. Safety and supervision
Supervision: an adult must be present for every activity, from start to finish.
Small objects: beads, beans, buttons, coins and similar items are a choking hazard, especially for children under 3. Check the size
of every object and keep small parts away from young children.
Water: never leave a child alone near water, even a shallow tub or bowl.
Food and cooking: check for allergies and foods that are a choking risk; an adult handles heat, hot liquids and sharp knives.
Tools and outdoor activities: scissors, needles, hammers, plants and outdoor places need close attention and a safe setting.
You decide whether an activity is suitable for your child and your home, and how to adapt it.
4. The content
We write and review the activities, routines and guides with care, but we cannot guarantee that they are free of errors or right for every child.
If you find a mistake or a safety concern, please tell us at destek@md9.net.
The app’s content and design are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own family; you may not copy, republish or sell them.
5. Free version and ads
The app is free to download and use. The free version shows ads and includes a daily plan and most of the activities, routines and guides. How ads
are handled is explained in the privacy policy.
6. Premium and subscriptions
Premium removes ads and unlocks extra features and content. It is offered as:
Monthly and yearly: auto-renewing subscriptions
Lifetime: a one-time purchase that does not renew and needs no cancellation
The current price is shown in the store and in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play) when you confirm the purchase.
A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current
period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings: on iPhone in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, on Android in
Google Play › profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and
Premium stays active until then.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
On a new device, use Settings › Premium › Restore purchases with the Apple ID or Google account you used to buy.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com);
we cannot issue refunds directly.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
7. Data on your device
Because there is no account, child profiles, progress, favorites and settings are stored only on your device and are not backed up on our servers.
Deleting the app or changing phones without a device backup can cause this information to be lost.
8. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the app or its content, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
9. Availability and changes
We may update the app and add, change or remove activities. We may change or stop parts of the service; if we ever withdraw the app, a lifetime
purchase will keep working on your device for as long as it can run the app.
10. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. You are responsible for supervising your child and for deciding which activities to do. To the extent the law allows, we
are not liable for injury, damage or loss arising from activities carried out without appropriate adult supervision or contrary to the safety notes, or
for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, or for fraud.
11. Privacy
How the app handles data is explained in the privacy policy.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page, and significant changes are announced in the app. These terms are
governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a
consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts.
