Derbi: Roll-a-Ball Horse Racing · Last updated: October 7, 2026
By downloading or playing Derbi you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Derbi is developed by md9.net. When you get the app from the App Store (or, later, Google Play), that store's terms also apply; for the App Store, this is Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play Derbi for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. Copying, modifying, renting, selling or reverse engineering the app, or trying to obtain its source code, is prohibited except where applicable law expressly allows it. The license ends automatically if you breach these terms.
Single Player, the Daily Race, Practice, tasks, badges and horses work without the internet. Quick Race, friends rooms, the friends list and the leaderboards need an internet connection and the online player account the app creates automatically. The online account and the data it processes are described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time with Settings › Delete online account.
In Derbi everyone races on the same terms. The following are not allowed:
The server may refuse results that look impossible (for example, physically impossible times) and keep them off the leaderboards. If we find that these rules have been broken, we may remove the results and points concerned, remove the account from the leaderboards, restrict access to online features or close the account.
Your nickname and leaderboard position are visible to other players. Your nickname must not:
We may change nicknames that break these rules without notice (for example, to a guest name) or delete them, and close accounts after repeated violations. Please don't use invites or friend requests to bother other people. Reactions during races are limited to the ready-made emoji the app offers. You can report an offensive nickname to destek@md9.net.
You do not own in-game items; you may only use them in the game under this license. Your progress and tickets are stored on your device and are not backed up on our servers, so deleting the app, switching devices or resetting device data can cause them to be lost. We may change rewards, prices and tasks to keep the game balanced, and we may take back tickets and items obtained through cheating or bugs.
Derbi is free and shows Google AdMob ads: banner, interstitial, app-open and rewarded ads. No ads are shown during a race. Watching rewarded ads is optional; the reward is given once the ad has been watched to the end and may be unavailable when no ad can be loaded. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads and for their own products, sites and apps. Data processing for ads is described in the Privacy Policy.
Derbi and its online services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or always reachable. Online features may pause for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. We may change the game, its modes, courses and online features, add new ones or discontinue some of them. Leaderboards reset on a regular basis (weekly and daily).
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for loss of game progress, tickets, leaderboard points or the account, for connection problems, for online races that end early, or for the behavior of other players. Because Derbi is free, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and any consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract, remain unaffected.
The app's design, code, artwork, characters, music, sound effects and texts belong to md9.net. The Rozha One and Barlow typefaces used in the app are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Apple, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Google, AdMob and Firebase are trademarks of Google LLC. They are mentioned only to identify the products concerned.
These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page and significant changes are announced in the app. If you keep playing after an update, you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. Your statutory rights as a consumer (including applying to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts) are not affected.
How data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
